The website smalls.gr belongs to the legal person Georgios Demetriou and SIA EE, which provides a multitude of services related to the internet.
We offer free and paid web hosting services around the world, bulk SMS services, software etc.
We provide our services to any user who adheres to our terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to change them at any time.
Smalls.gr reserves the right to cancel your account if you violate the terms of use of its services.

It is forbidden to resell or rent any service of smalls.gr without the written consent of smalls.gr

Data

Naming services

Web hosting

It is forbidden to collect or store personal data about other users. The client agrees that he intends to make reasonable use of the hosted server resources, that all server resources are not intended for his own use, and acknowledges that he shares the server resources with other users, except in the case of dedicated servers.
In the event that the processes of a user are over the limits of the hosting package or cause or are likely to cause a problem in the smooth operation of the server and are at the expense of other customers, smalls.gr reserves the right to throttle, pause or terminate the processes without prior notification to the customer or even to deactivate the account if this is deemed necessary.
The available resources of the server are exclusively for use within the smalls.gr customers' hosting accounts.
It is forbidden to allocate resources in any way to third party sites in any form, including but not limited to drawing graphics or texts from third party sites located on a smalls.gr server, running banner exchange programs, etc.
It is strictly forbidden to use irc bot and chatrooms. Each user should ensure that their accounts are backed up to their personal storage outside the smalls.gr server with their own actions and responsibility.
The smalls.gr automatic backups are maintained for troubleshooting on the smalls.gr side (hardware problems, hardware failure, and server software). Smalls.gr schedules and maintains copies of each file at least every 72 hours.
Smalls.gr is not responsible if the copy is not, for reasons of hardware or software failure, usable by the customer.
In the event that the user has exceeded the space limit provided by the hosting package, the account will NOT be backed up.

If any customer wants to be backed up by smalls.gr, they must add the corresponding support or backup service to their shared hosting, vps, dedicated server. This package takes daily backup once a day during the night hours.
Activating the free hosting package requires the domain name to be purchased through our company. Parking hosting packages that refer to invalid domain name, the domain is not resolving to its ip or the domain is expired will be terminated without warning.

Smalls.gr regularly upgrades installed applications on its servers to maintain security levels at the highest level and to provide the latest versions of Cpanel Control Panel, php, mysql, perl, zend, ioncube, etc. It is the sole responsibility of the client to update his / her code pages (the php code, mysql queries etc. of the websites that the Customer maintains on the site provided) so that they are compatible with the smalls.gr servers. Smalls.gr is not responsible for any loss, damage and moral damage resulting from these upgrades as well as the customer's inability or reluctance to adapt its websites to the upgraded versions of the various applications and programming languages ​​installed on smalls.gr servers.

To protect the IPs of the servers from entering them into spam lists, smalls.gr implements an automatic mechanism for the allowed number of emails sent by users per hour.


Google adwords coupons
If you use google adwords coupons through smalls.gr you agree that Google (or any third party conducting a Google search survey) will have the right to send you customer satisfaction questionnaires as well as access your information (eg activation time account, business name or email address).
